IWI Tavor TS12 gas-operated semi-automatic bullpup shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with a 3″ chamber. Serial number H0001339. Features an 18-1/2″ barrel, rotating three-tube magazine system with a capacity of up to 15 rounds of 2-3/4″ shells or 12 rounds of 3″ shells, plus one in the chamber.
