Description
Antique Native American Indian Klagetoh Navajo Rug, circa 1930s. Klagetoh rugs are known for their distinct style of Navajo weaving from Arizona, recognized for their grey or tan backgrounds, central diamond motifs, and bold geometric borders. Condition
This weaving shows dust accumulation and typical signs of wear commensurate with age and use. It is in good overall condition with minor imperfections. Edges and corners may have frayed or missing selvedge cords along the sides, which are common areas of wear. Colors are bold but there is some bleeding, light stains and light discoloration. Corners have some light curling. Structural integrity appears solid. May have stretched or torn warp threads.
