Description
Antique Native American Navajo Rug depicting a storm pattern with whirling logs which are are associated with the Dine Bahane (creation story) of the Navajo people. Circa pre-1930. Measures approx 70″ x 40″. This item can be shipped in-house. Multiple lot combined shipping may require 3rd Party shipping.
Condition
This weaving shows dust accumulation and typical signs of wear commensurate with age and use. It is in good overall condition with minor imperfections. Edges and corners may have frayed or missing selvedge cords along the sides, which are common areas of wear. Colors are bold but there is some bleeding, light stains and light discoloration. Corners have some light curling. Structural integrity appears solid. May have stretched or torn warp threads.
