Description
Colt Single Action Army Cavalry model, .45 Colt caliber, with U.S.stamped on left side of frame. Frame serial no. 116664 with DFC inspector stamp, trigger guard no. 73630 with G inspection, and backstrap no. 17468. Grips bear RAC stamps on both bottoms, with a right-side RAC cartouche dated 1903. Cylinder faintly marked 141 with H stamp. Barrel is 7-1/2″ length with “45 Colt” on the left side and single-line all-caps serif address on top; no serial or inspector mark beneath ejector housing, apparently a replacement Colt barrel.
