Description
Vietnam War era handmade Montagnard (mountain troops) crossbow, presented by General William Westmoreland in 1995 to a relative of the consignor’s (a copy of the letter is included). Originally gifted to Westmoreland by a Montagnard captain during the Vietnam War. Also included is Westmoreland’s personal card, as well as his signature on a Vietnamese “Freedom” leaflet. Bow measures 44″ wide and 19″ long. It does come apart, so it can be shipped in a tube or long box. Comes with three bamboo bolts. This item can be shipped in-house.
