Event folder from the Airborne & Special Operations Museum Foundation, circa 1998-99, presumed to have been a fundraising event connected to the original capital campaign (museum opened in August 2000). Front cover of the empty folder is signed by three Army legends: Aaron Bank (founder of Special Forces), General William Westmoreland and Lt. Gen. William P.
