Title page of General Omar Bradley’s autobiography “A Soldier’s Story,” inscribed and signed to then-Col. William P. Yarborough, known later as “father of the Green Berets.” Inscription reads, “For Colonel Wm. P. Yarborough, whom I knew as a cadet and as an outstanding infantry commander, Omar N. Bradley.” Matted and framed to 11-3/8″ x 14-3/8″. Unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic, without reservation or time limit. Provenance: Consigned by a long-time personal friend of General Yarborough, one who delivered a eulogy at the general’s 2005 funeral. This item can be shipped in-house.
