1786 Church of England “The Book of Common Prayer and administration of the Sacraments, and other Rites and Ceremonies of the Church, According to the Use of The Church of England; Together with the Psalter or Psalms of David, Pointed as They are to be Sung or Said in Churches”. Published Cambridge, by John Archdeacon, Printer to the University. Red leather cover with gold embossed decoration, marbled end papers. Inscription on front fly page reads “Constantia Herbert April 22nd 1786″. Approx. 3″ x 5-3/8”. This item can be shipped in-house.
Condition
Condition typical for age including bumped corners, damage to spine although the pages appear secure, shelf and overall page edge wear. Remnants of gilt edges present. Back fly page half missing. Inscription on front fly page. See images for details.
