Springfield Armory Model 1898 bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-40 Krag. Serial number 239085, manufactured circa 1900. Features a 22″ barrel, walnut stock and internal box magazine with the Krag-Jorgensen side-loading magazine system. Overall length approximately 41-1/4″. This item can be shipped in-house. Finish shows handling and age-related wear consistent with use. Metal exhibits scattered finish loss and light oxidation. Wood shows handling marks, dents and scratches.
