Description
Large, heavy antique Chinese cloisonne charger decorated with nicely-shaded, highly detailed shi-shi or foo dogs. Late Qing to early Republic period. Measures 20-1/2″ in diameter and weighs about 14 pounds. This item will need to be shipped by a packing company of your choice. We maintain a list of reliable shippers, or you may choose your own.
Condition
See images. Underside near rim has ~2-1/2″ scuffed spot with tiny enamel loss. Slight bump from back, rim has raised quarter. Appears perfectly round and sits flat. Else very fine, front and back.
