Handwritten letter to “Wild Bill” (William J. McGill), signed “Stay Strong – Gone Easy Charles Milles Manson” with the signature and a swastika. The letter includes the line “I don’t have paper + stuff to wright so this will do and the back is printed with a chain letter titled “With Love All Things Are Possible,” and the bottom says “St. Jude.” Unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic, without reservation or time limit.
