Antique S&W Model 3 American revolver in .44 caliber with 6-shot fluted cylinder. Top-break action with automatic extraction. Top rib retains partial patent/address line “PAT JULY 10. 60. JAN. 17. FEB 17. JULY 11. 65 & AUG. 24, 69. Barrel shortened to approximately 4-11/16”. Butt stamped with serial #33538 & “SH” in diamond, distributor mark of Schuyler, Hartley & Graham. Front sight replaced. Wood grips present. This item can be shipped in-house. Multiple lot combined shipping may require 3rd Party shipping.
Condition
Action functions. Metal surfaces show wear, oxidation, and scattered finish loss. Bore and cylinder chambers show scattered discoloration. Cut barrel and replaced front sight.
