Meiji period cloisonne enamel and gilt bronze footed jewelry or trinket box. Lid with central dragon motif surrounded with a dense floral and geometric design that repeats on the lid and base sides, as well as on the underside. Gold gilt interior decorated with flying roosters, a traditional symbol of protection. 4-3/4″ x 3-7/8″ x 2-1/4″. This item can be shipped in-house.
