Description
Whiting sterling silver coffee and tea service in the Louis XV pattern, model 2880. Each piece is marked “STERLING 2880†with the Whiting lion hallmark. The set includes a hot water kettle on stand with burner, coffee pot, teapot, covered sugar, and creamer, all with ornate scroll and shell motifs characteristic of the Louis XV style. The kettle stand and burner are also hallmarked. Kettle measures 12-1/2″ tall x 9-1/2″ wide on stand. Total combined weight approximately 101.39 ozt.
