Hand-knotted wool rug measuring 60″ x 90″ featuring intricate floral and bird motifs on a red field, framed by ivory borders with woven Persian calligraphy cartouches. Wool pile on a cotton foundation with knotted fringe. The design, coloration, and inscriptions are characteristic of Kerman or Qum workshop production. TAGS: Persian poetry carpet, Kerman style, Qum weaving, panels textile, oriental decor, handmade wool rug. This item will need to be shipped by a packing company of your choice.
