Horner, USA.” Inscribed and signed by the president, “with appreciation and best wishes, Lyndon B. Johnson.” Lady Bird Johnson signature appears at right. Major John Horner served in the WHMO (White House Military Office) in the Kennedy and Johnson administrations.
