The cel depicts the Sheriff of Nottingham, shown full-figure with his hands clasped and feathered cap. Embossed with the official “Walt Disney Productions” seal at lower left and accompanied by the original printed Walt Disney Productions label on the reverse, describing the cel’s use in animation.
