Description
Rookwood pottery vase, shape 162Z, produced in 1901 as part of the Z-Line. Small rounded form with a low-relief reclining nude. Covered in a turquoise matte glaze. Measures 3-1/8″ high. Base impressed with Rookwood RP flame mark and Roman numeral I for 1901 (the first year Rookwood used Roman numerals to date pieces), along with shape number 162Z. Incised decorator initials “AMV,” for Anna Marie Valentien. This item can be shipped in-house. Multiple lot combined shipping may require 3rd Party shipping.
