Description
Czechoslovakian Model 1932 / Vz32 steel helmet reissued by the German Luftschutz during World War II. The “Egg Shell” features include six prominent side lugs (three per side) typical of Czech manufacture, a raw edge (not rolled), and a single Luftschutz decal on the front-an eagle with spread wings clutching a swastika over crossed implements and a laurel branch. The interior retains its wartime five-pad leather liner system with drawstring, along with a brown chinstrap attached via the original Czech lug hardware. The liner bears a stamped maker’s mark from Brani G&B Brno and the issue date “38” in black ink. Shell shows period field-gray paint consistent with Luftschutz civil defense use. TAGS: civil defense.
