Description
Etching titled Portrait de Vollard III, by Picasso. Plate 100 from the Vollard Suite. On laid paper with Picasso watermark on bottom. Presently unframed. Measures 17-3/8" x 13-1/8". Provenance & note: From a Florida Modern art collection amassed beginning in the 1950s in Michigan. All proceeds from the sale of this item will go to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wis. Many of the important art pieces in the sale are from this same lifetime collection. This item can be shipped in-house.
Condition: See images. Some toning along all edges from being mounted originally on cardboard backing. The cardboard also left a corrugated impression on verso. Small 1" water stain lower left edge, well outside image.
