Blackwell Auctions handles estate jewelry, fine art, antiques, firearms, gold, silver and rare coins, collectibles and complete estates from the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Our public auctions run on multiple online platforms at once, so consignors see their items’ presentation, descriptions and sale prices, and bidders can take part in the gallery, by absentee or phone bid, or online from anywhere.

Edwin Bailey started in the auction business in January 1997, when he began using a little-known service called AuctionWeb to buy and sell antiques, jewelry, art and collectibles online (the company later changed its name to eBay). In 2015 he founded Blackwell Auctions with John McNeal, a long-time friend and mentor in the business. Edwin has visited thousands of homes in the Tampa Bay area and beyond as a trusted buyer and appraiser.
