1825 land grant signed by President John Quincy Adams for eighty acres sold to George Frazier. Land is located in the district of Shawneetown within the state of Illinois. Shawneetown and Washington D.C. are the only towns in the United States chartered by the United States government. It served as an important government administration center for the Northwest Territory. Approx. 15-1/4″ x 9-3/8″. This item can be shipped in-house.
