Description
SFBJ Tete Jumeau bebe doll, bisque porcelain head with composition body. Blue paperweight sleepy eyes retaining some of the original hair eyelashes, open mouth with teeth. Impressed mark of SFBJ 301 Paris. Fully jointed wood and composition body, no label but in the Jumeau style.Replacement dress, but with an interesting early 20th century cloche hat of brown silk. Approx. 18″L. This item can be shipped in-house.
Condition
Good overall condition with no cracks or chips to the head. Sleepy eyes are a little slow to open and close. Typical wear to the body with some chips to the finish and occasional overpainting. See images for details.
